Mr. Rajneesh Narang is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and a degree holder in Masters in Financial Management. He was appointed as Director of the Company with effect from 1st March 2019.
Mr. Narang brings with him rich and varied professional exposure of almost 3 decades across various spectrum of Downstream Oil Company.
He is known for his Commercial acumen, innovative ideas and people-centric leadership. In his various roles, he has been focusing on investment in Human capital for building successful teams and individuals and able to perform and deliver exceptional results through positive engagement and a shared vision.
Mr. K S Shetty is a Gold Medalist in Human Resource Management from Andhra University and also a distinguished alumnus of the Swedish Institute, Stockholm from where he completed his Diploma in Sustainable Development in 2012. He has also completed his Advanced Management Program from MDI, Gurgaon / ESCP Europe Business School, Paris. (2016). He is an SHRM, USA - Senior Certified Professional and was an Executive Committee Member of the NHRDN Mumbai Chapter in 2019-21. Mr. Shetty was appointed as Director of the Company with effect from 10th October 2022.
He has over 25 years of experience in HR in various capacities at HPCL. In his current role at HPCL, he is responsible for the entire gamut of HR/ER functions ranging from Talent Acquisition, Capability Building, Career and Succession Planning, Performance and Rewards Management, Discipline Management etc. He also has in-depth knowledge of various Statutory/ Regulatory requirements under various Labor Laws.
Mr. Vijay Shrikrishna Agashe has graduated in Chemical Technology from IIT (BHU), Varanasi. Mr. Agashe was appointed as Director of the Company with effect from 5th April 2022.
He has more than 36 years’ experience in Oil & Gas sector and has held various positions in HPCL’s Visakhapatnam and Mumbai Refineries heading Operations, Projects, Technical and HR Departments.
During his career, Mr. Agashe has successfully completed commissioning of many new Process Units, major Refinery Turnarounds and Mumbai Refinery Expansion Project. He has also lead OISD Teams for External Safety Audits of major Refinery and Petrochemical installations across India.
Ms. Sujata Londhe is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). She is an all India rank holder in CA exam and is Post Graduate Diploma in Foreign Exchange and Risk Management. Ms. Londhe was appointed as Director of the Company with effect from 20th June 2021.
Her experience spans over three decades across various finance functions of HPCL covering Corporate Tax, Marketing finance, Treasury Management, Risk Management and SBU Commercial, etc. She has successfully dealt varied challenges like huge borrowing requirements, liquidity crunch, depreciation of domestic currency, unprecedented commodity prices, and unpredictable sales realisations.
Mr. K Sreenivasa Rao is the Executive Director-Natural Gas SBU of HPCL. He is a Graduate in Mechanical Engineering from NIT, Durgapur. He was appointed as Director of the Company with effect from 1st October 2023.
He joined HPCL in the year 1988 and handled many critical managerial positions over the years. Prior to his present assignment, he was the Chief Executive Officer of HPCL LNG Limited.
Mr. Rao has varied experience in oil and gas industry ranging from execution of major Projects, operations & maintenance of major Petroleum installations, Pipelines and Retailing of Petroleum Products.
